Lactation support should extend beyond a single visit.
Mama Mentor Care Collections were thoughtfully created for families wanting more personalized, relationship-based support throughout pregnancy and postpartum with continued guidance beyond traditional lactation visits alone. These structured care experiences provide more continuity, earlier intervention, enhanced follow-up access, and a more supported feeding journey during one of the biggest transitions of parenthood.
As both an IBCLC and PMH-C provider, I understand how closely feeding experiences and emotional wellbeing are connected throughout pregnancy and postpartum. My goal is not only to support feeding outcomes, but to help families feel more informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Establishing care during pregnancy is one of the most overlooked ways to improve postpartum feeding outcomes and reduce anxiety before baby arrives.
Prenatal feeding support allows us to create a plan before feeding concerns feel urgent or overwhelming while helping families feel more prepared for the realities of early postpartum feeding, pumping, recovery, and newborn transitions.
Having an established care relationship before delivery also allows for more seamless postpartum support and continuity of care once baby arrives.
