Establishing care during pregnancy is one of the most overlooked ways to improve postpartum feeding outcomes and reduce anxiety before baby arrives.
Prenatal feeding support allows us to create a plan before feeding concerns feel urgent or overwhelming while helping families feel more prepared for the realities of early postpartum feeding, pumping, recovery, and newborn transitions.
Having an established care relationship before delivery also allows for more seamless postpartum support and continuity of care once baby arrives.
The Rose Gold Care Experience
A concierge-level prenatal and postpartum support experience designed for families
wanting proactive, relationship-based care before and after baby arrives.
Includes:
- 1–2 prenatal visits (office or virtual)
- 1 virtual visit within 48 hours of delivery
- 4 postpartum visits (up to 2 may be in-home) travel fee applies >15 mi
- Around-the-clock private messaging support until baby is 3 months old
- Personalized feeding guidance and ongoing care planning
- Pumping, flange sizing, feeding transition, and postpartum support tailored to your goals
- Maternal mental health-informed lactation support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
Priority Access Features:
- Highest scheduling priority
- Around-the-clock messaging support
- Waived Priority Access Visit fees when available
- Expanded in-home visit radius within 15 miles

Feeding support needs often evolve quickly throughout the postpartum period, which is why ongoing guidance and continuity of care can make such a meaningful difference for families navigating feeding challenges, pumping, recovery, sleep deprivation, and the emotional transition into parenthood.
Mama Mentor Postpartum Care Experiences were created to provide more personalized, continued support beyond a single lactation visit with options ranging from foundational follow-up care to higher-touch postpartum support experiences with priority access and ongoing guidance throughout the early postpartum period.
The Premier Postpartum Care Experience
A high-touch postpartum support experience designed for families wanting comprehensive
feeding support, continuity of care, and ongoing postpartum guidance.
Includes:
- 6 postpartum visits (up to 2 in-home visits) travel fee >15 mi
- 1 virtual follow-up visit as needed
- Around-the-clock private messaging support until baby is 3 months old
- Personalized care planning and feeding guidance
- Pumping, bottle feeding, and postpartum transition support tailored to your goals
- Maternal mental health-informed lactation support
Priority Access Features:

- 1 virtual follow-up visit as needed
- 6 weeks of around-the-clock private messaging support
- Personalized feeding support and care planning
- Pumping and feeding transition support
- Maternal mental health-informed lactation support
Priority Access Features:
- Enhanced scheduling priority after Rose Gold & Premier Postpartum patients
- Faster follow-up communication during support period
- Continued guidance between visits
- Earlier appointment access when available

Foundational Care Experience
A supportive starting point for families needing short-term follow-up and continued guidance beyond an initial consultation.
Includes:
- 2 visits (1 may be in-home pending availability) travel fee >10 mi
- 1 week messaging support following the last visit
- Personalized feeding guidance and follow-up support
- Pumping and flange sizing support as needed
Priority Access Features:
- Prioritized scheduling availability whenever possible
- Continued follow-up support after visits
- Streamlined scheduling for follow-up care
- Direct messaging access during support period

Individual Lactation Visits
Individual lactation consultations are available for families needing targeted feeding support outside of a Care Experience. Availability may be more limited.
Includes:
- Personalized feeding assessment and support
- Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding guidance
- Latch and positioning assistance
- Weighted feeds when clinically appropriate
- Pump flange sizing and pump education
- Milk supply and feeding transfer assessment
- Supplementation guidance when needed
- Oral function and feeding behavior assessment
- Maternal mental health-informed support
- Individualized care planning and follow-up recommendations

Initial Consultations
- Mother Only: $175
- Baby Only: $175
- Dyad Visit: $225
Follow-Up Consultations
- Mother Only: $140
- Baby Only: $140
- Dyad Visit: $165
In-home visits, travel fees, and Priority Access Visit fees may apply separately when applicable.
Lactation visits may be billed directly to your insurance plan if we are in-network with your plan.
HSA/FSA cards may be accepted for eligible lactation services. Please verify individual eligibility and reimbursement requirements with your plan administrator.
Priority Access Visits
For families needing expedited lactation support outside of standard scheduling availability.
Priority Access Visits may be available for urgent feeding concerns, painful feeding, pumping concerns, bottle refusal, or other time-sensitive lactation needs based on availability.
Includes
- Expedited scheduling outside of normal business hours based on availability
- Evening/weekend availability when possible
- Office or virtual only
- One-time follow up check-in message within 24 hours
Existing Patients
Expedited visit fee applies in addition to scheduled visit cost except for Rose Gold and Premier Postpartum Care Experience patients.
New Patients
Flat-rate self-pay Priority Access Visit pricing applies regardless of insurance coverage.
Package families receive scheduling priority and reduced Priority Access Visit fees when available.
