Insurance coverage for lactation services varies between plans and may include deductibles, copays, coinsurance, infant cost-sharing, or visit limitations depending on your individual policy.
Insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment or coverage, and patients remain financially responsible for any balances determined by their insurance plan.

Care Experience pricing for insured families differs from self-pay pricing, as lactation visits may be billed separately to insurance when applicable while package pricing reflects continued support and non-billable services provided between visits.
Some Care Experiences may include limited in-home support based on scheduling availability and selected package level.
