Insurance Coverage

The Lactation Network (TLN):

We are in-network with most PPO plans including BCBS, Anthem, United, Humana, Multiplan, & Cigna.

VA CCN:

We are in-network with VA CCN plans through The Lactation Network (TLN). You must obtain a referral through your maternity care coordinator prior to TLN verifying your coverage. This referral must stay up to date for the duration of time you receive care for lactation. Visit the TLN link below to verify your coverage once you have a referral. 

Tricare insurance: 

We are in-network with Tricare East plans. You do not need to click the link below for Tricare. You may proceed to scheduling and enter your insurance information there for plan verification. 

Medicaid: 

We are not in-network with Medicaid plans at this time however if you desire an in-home or virtual consultation with our lactation consultant, you may choose to pay out-of-pocket. You will be provided with a superbill to submit for reimbursement afterwards.

We offer self-pay rates if we are not in-network with your insurance plan. See below for rates. Superbills are provided after any self-pay consultation so that you may seek reimbursement. Per the ACA (Affordable Care Act), new insurance plans are required by law to cover breastfeeding support & supplies. Visit The National Women's Law Center Breastfeeding Toolkit for more info.
